My interest in fitness, nutrition and overall health and wellness started in my teens when I realized I came from a health challenged set of DNA. My family health history includes various forms of cancer as well as heart disease, arthritis and other autoimmune disorders. I started on a journey then, seeking long term health and well being, and have made it a goal to practice and teach the importance holistic wellness.
